5 Stars – Excellent Service and Hospitality I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn, especially during breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would like to give special thanks to Padma, who served me with such kindness and professionalism – she truly made my morning better. Additionally, I ordered a sandwich at the kitchen/cafeteria, and the chefs were extremely polite and immediately prepared it without any hesitation or unnecessary questions. That kind of smooth and respectful service is exactly what I appreciate. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so pleasant – I will definitely come again

I have been staying at this hotel for a number of years when working away. Each time i stay i receive the same levels of treatment regardless of which staff member it is. The reception make things real easy and will always help if your unsure of anything. The rooms are always clean and tidy, as are all other facilities. Eating in the restaurant whether for breakfast or dinner is made simple with a digital tablet and again the staff are always quick to help.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always receive a pleasant welcome from the reception. The rooms are clean with fresh towels and aircon if you need it. The bar and restaurant is always spotless with plenty of friendly staff available. A big thanks to the usual crew the ever present Mo, Honey, Andreas, Twinkle and Darshit. There are others but I forget the names, so sorry if I left you out. The breakfast caters for everyone's needs with a huge choice and the food is constantly topped up with fresh. The tables are always being cleaned by the friendly smiling staff. All in all a fantastic hotel which I always look forward to staying at.
