Stellar Review of hotel and Abril. From the moment I stepped into the Holiday Inn Bogotá Airport, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. Check-in was effortless—quick, friendly, and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to receive welcome amenity points plus a complimentary appetizer and drink—a perfect start after a day of travel. The room was spotless, well-kept, and incredibly comfortable. The bed? Absolutely heavenly. I literally melted into the fluffy pillows and crisp, soft sheets. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the overall ambiance made it easy to unwind and recharge. I treated myself to a light dinner at the bar and was beyond impressed. The empanadas de la casa and chicken quesadilla paired perfectly with a glass of Malbec. But what truly elevated the experience was Abril, the bartender. She’s not only professional and attentive, but also warm, engaging, and makes every guest feel like the most important person in the room. Her energy and conversation made my night. She's a true gem and a standout part of the Holiday Inn team. Breakfast is worth the price. Fresh fruits, vegetables, omelets made to order with ham, sausage, cheese, delicious Colombian coffee. Magda is a great hostess. Ricardo kept the coffee cup full. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to the airport, shopping centers, and the convention center, making it a great choice whether you're in town for business or leisure. In short, everything from the service to the food, comfort, and convenience was top-notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bogotá.

One night stay. Arrived after 11 pm. Check in staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately supper was dismal and took over an hour. Juice tasted weird. Room smelt. A glass or cup would be good and tea/ biscuits. Appreciated the pre breakfast coffee.

Was roomed here due to Avianca missing my connection. Both meals (dinner and lunch) were the exact same and both were terrible. Why are you serving the same dry meat, potatoes and rice both days in a row? The room is clean but not a 4 star. This is 2.5 at best.
