From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff at the reception desk. They were courteous and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. As I entered my room, I was immediately impressed by its elegance and comfort. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my hotel experience was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were always attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any concerns I had, their professionalism and dedication were evident throughout my stay.

I have used this hotel, many times over the years going on holiday. The hotel and location is perfect. The frustration is the restaurant is no longer open on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. However, good food options at Del Arte and Leon de Brussels are a 5-minute walk away.

The Restaurant of Hotel waiters are Really great ! Patient and smiling and professional ~ We have group there and did very nice job Other female receptionist is also good 10.7 morning receptionist isn’t that professional, we’ve paid the city tax , but he told to every customer to pay again~ I feel so unprofessional ~ he even ask me to pay again ~ I was trying to explain but it seems he doesn’t trust me … and didn’t really say any deeply apologies just say thank you good bye… to me it is not professional…. If not this thing happened I definitely offer 5 stars :) Cause I feel he doesn’t really check properly, cause we are Asian … and think we didn’t know( that’s what I felt ) The restaurant waiter for dinner is very good and speak good English ! Thank you
