Holiday Inn Bratislava

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days during the Nova Rock music festival. The reception staff were excellent and answered all our questions in English without problems. The room is great. And the bed and pillows are the best I've ever had in any hotel. Breakfast is self service and was good, the coffee and tea selection was also great. And lastly the pool and spa are a great addition to staying there.

Great experience. Reception Staff was fantastic, very professional extremely helpful. The facility are well maintained. Housekeeping impeccably clean will organize. Housekeepers very pleasant great attitude, hard workers. Dinning room staff were outstanding very helpful improving the dining room experience. Chef prepared outstanding meal each night fantastic tastes.. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel

This hotel is well located, but that is just about the best that can be said about this hotel. The AC was only partially functional in all the twenty rooms our group hired. The rooms stank as a result, from the wet carpets. Toilet hygiene was poor and the fittings old. The management could not respond to our complaints. My impression is that they are going under and trying to scrounge as much as possible before they keel over. Breakfast was passable.
