Holiday Inn Brussels Airport by IHG

We live in USA and Holiday Inn hotels aren't comparable to this one, they are 3 stars hotels. We are truly impressed from the gate, secure needing a ticket to get in and out . The lobby was lovely, giving me peace of mind as l was traveling with my kid's and husband. We booked the room through a 3rd party so price was affordable. The room itself was lovely and very clean. My concern was just the size of the beds, we had 2 full beds. We had room service every single day, breakfast was not included but we received a complimentary free breakfast for 4 for the whole stay (5/21 to 5/27). Kids under 12 eat free. Customer service was perfect, employees were amazingly helpful and very polite. A very big shout out to "GIGI". An amazing soul who made us feel like kings. My family will always remember his kindness, friendly smile and positive attitude. Thank you GIGI.

Amazing experience at this hotel. From the most delicious breakfast to comfortable beds, we were really happy staying here. Everything was clean and the service was wonderful. Everyone working here was very happy and seemed to want to help. Especially Alpay, thank you so much!!

The hotel boasts a convenient location with easy airport access, complemented by a complimentary shuttle service. Breakfast offers a wide selection, and beverages are available throughout the day. While most staff members were friendly and helpful, a few may have experienced a less-than-ideal day. Although the rooms are well-appointed, some guests may find them excessively warm despite the air conditioning.
