Holiday Inn Brussels Schuman by IHG

Very affordable considering the location and closess to the EU parliament. The breakfast was really really good and the rooms very spacious (albeit not the hallway). There's a convenient parking garage below the hotel but if full it's a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Bottom line - great hotel that I highly recommend.

I stayed here for a few days early Feb 2025. The service by the front desk receptionist named Alex was amazing. From the moment I walked in up until check out he was kind, welcoming, and helpful. I can tell he enjoyed his job as he behaved this way with other guests too. Refreshing to see exceptional service. The room was great and I had no issues. The location was better than i thought initially, walkable to few restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel. And Alex at the front desk needs a pay raise.

Not recommended if you’re not white! Very racist staff and manager, Unbearable lack of customer service and empathy!!!! … We made a booking through IHG and specifically added our sister as one of the guests and her name was on the booking, we contacted them to confirm that it was ok for her to check in as a secondary guest since she was arriving after 11pm with a kid, and the hotel was positive about it but ended up refusing to let her check in upon her arrival and requested that her and the kid leave their premises if they did not make another booking, They were racially profiled as fraudsters just because some other blacks defrauded them in the past, they said and the receptionist threatened to call the police on a harmless WOMAN and a little kid at midnight is they didn’t leave the hotel immediately. They refused to refund our booking and requested to see the physical card…My sister and daughter left hotel traumatized, the experience almost ruined their vacation Do not go to this hotel if you’re not a white person and if you’re looking for a great customer service.
