Holiday Inn Bursa City Centre by IHG

The location was good, easy to reach by car, and has its own parking spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was really nothing negative to mention. We stayed only one night.

I recently completed my stay at the hotel. I chose it for its great location, which truly delivered — it’s close to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, and the room was clean and well-maintained. While housekeeping kept the room clean, I often had to request basic amenities that should have been provided automatically. That said, the staff were always responsive and helpful whenever I asked for something, and I truly appreciate their effort. The food at the hotel was quite expensive, and the breakfast lacked variety for a hotel of this level. Also, noise from outside affected the comfort of my sleep, as the windows didn’t provide sufficient sound insulation. Overall, my experience had both positives and areas that could be improved.
