Holiday Inn Cambridge by IHG

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn in Cambridge! It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel offers everything you could wish for if you're looking for relaxation and comfort. One of the highlights was definitely the spa area,it was truly excellent. The swimming pool was clean, spacious, and perfect for both swimming and relaxing. The sauna and jacuzzi were also top-notch, providing a great place to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere in the spa was calm and very well-maintained. The rooms were really nice ,spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The beds were cozy, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings, which made it easy to rest. The overall service was also very good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. In summary, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Cambridge. If you're looking for a hotel with great spa facilities, a super swimming pool, a sauna, jacuzzi, and comfortable rooms this is the perfect place! I would definitely love to come back.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel! They’ve got a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym — plenty to enjoy. The rooms are simple but kept really clean. A nice little bonus was finding ‘Dove’ brand toiletries available for guests; that’s a first for me, and it made me feel right at home. The staff are fantastic! From the barman to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly and attentive. I don't recall her name, but there was a lovely Polish girl with dark hair working at the restaurant — professional, warm, and genuinely kind. Honestly, if only more people like her crossed our paths, life would be a lot brighter! I had a wonderful time.

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were in town for a wedding. The hotel was a decent distance from the venue and the town was only a 10-15 minute drive away. The hotel itself is very nice. The interior at the reception and the restaurant are very modern and aesthetically pleasing. There is a Starbucks in the lobby too. We are members so parking was free, otherwise you pay £8 per day. All staff were wonderful and welcoming - I only managed to get the names of restaurant workers: Sam, Jess and Bailey who were absolute stars. The reception staff were great too. The breakfast was marvellous, definitely recommend getting breakfast included. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was very nice - I recommend the burger or scampi and chips. The room was decent sized and the bed was comfortable - I had a double room to myself but more than enough space for 2 people. The corner by the bed was very dirty- carpet needs to be replaced. The bathroom was spacious but dated, could do with an upgrade but no issues. The gym was great and the pool/spa facilities looked lovely. Would stay here again if I was coming back to Cambridge.
