Nothing beats a good holiday without a nice room hotel along the way. We stayed here with my family. The front desk is very polite and helpful to find a room that suit on my budget and luckily she found one. Their breakfast buffet is really amazing with lots of choices. In all we enjoyed staying here and the services are superb. You can actually ask for additional pillow and towels if you needed and at noon time they clean your room. I can recommend it to anyone.
I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Cebu City by IHG a couple of times now, and my experiences were absolutely wonderful. During one of my stays, I was pleasantly surprised that the reception staff recognized me — a small gesture that made me feel truly valued and welcome. The food at the hotel was very nice, offering a quality that made, combined with the view, every meal a pleasure. I also slept very well each night, thanks to the comfortable rooms and peaceful atmosphere. The view over the city of Cebu from my room was beautiful and made the stay even more memorable. Overall, the combination of warm service, great food, restful nights, and stunning views makes the Holiday Inn Cebu City my top choice whenever I visit Cebu. I can highly recommend to stay here!
Lovely Hotel, Unpolished Service The place is clean and has the vibe of a brand-new hotel. The shower area is great, and the location is convenient. However, I’m not sure the staff fully understand their roles. When we arrived at the driveway with three large suitcases and a few smaller bags, nobody came to help us. Inside, the front office staff didn’t offer the warm welcome I’ve come to expect from other Holiday Inn or IHG properties. They didn’t seem proactive, more like they were waiting to see who would do the work first. It was pretty obvious that the operations were not running smoothly. On our first evening, past 11 pm, there was a loud announcement telling everyone to evacuate. A few minutes later, it was retracted. The next day, I approached the front office to ask about it, but by the afternoon, nobody seemed to know what happened. The hotel didn’t provide any explanation or even a simple note, which I think should be basic protocol for guests. On the bright side, Jed at the front office, Jerome in engineering, and Reymark from housekeeping stood out. They were among the few staff who really understood what hospitality is about.
