This is like what you would have expected from the IHG / Holiday Inn hotels - standard room, decent breakfast options and services from the staffs. The best thing this hotel offers is the location, the subway entrance is just in front of the hotel, and 1 stop away from Chunxi Road on Line 2. 7-11 and Luckin Coffee are just besides the hotel so this is great for our daily coffee fix.
We booked a room for 2 nights. We visited china for some business purpose. The rooms are bad, the AC didn’t work properly and when asked about it, instead of switching the rooms they gave us two air coolers. Paying high prices for 4-star hotel and getting such treatment is extremely wrong. Holiday Inn gave me the worst experience of a 4-star hotel.
Stayed 5 nights there this month. One ⭐️ rating because their lobby lounge served my IHG platinum complimentary welcome drink in paper cups…orange juice. And duty manager didn’t apologize!
