I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Yuvarani and Bishmi, for taking such great care of us during our stay. Their attention to detail and warm service truly made a difference. A big thank you as well to the entire service team for making our experience at Holiday Inn truly amazing. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay — we appreciate all your efforts!

Spa very good. Excellent head and shoulder massage from Tabby. She got rid of a bad headache. Very polite staff in hotel. Maybe a little way out from centre of Chennai.

The hotel is nice and well situated. The staff are attentive and are eager to please, but can be a little slow sometimes. The rooms were of a good size and were maintained well. I did have to call housekeeping 3 times to clear up mess left by the previous tenant, but this may have been down to the language barrier as I feel they did not understand. Breakfasts were good where Paul and Randeep (the waiters) were very attentive. The gym was small but well maintained and sufficient for a good workout. The swimming pool looked good but nowhere did it state you have to take a towel from the room. There are also no changing rooms other than the toilets adjacent to the pool which were not ideal. All round ok hotel and would reuse
