Holiday Inn cikarang a world class hotel in Cikarang, the industrial city around 40kms from Jakarta. This place is influenced by Japanese culture. A beautiful, peaceful place surrounded with greenery. The first to highlight is the Amazing service by the staff and admin. Every request was noted and executed immediately. The lunch and dinner, coffee breaks, and room setup quick response A big thanks to chef mr Budi for serving tummy pani puris The second is undoubtedly the food. wide range of dishes from many parts of world are served in breakfast to satisfy every palate. Even they arranged good vegetarian food . All needs were taken seriously . We Very Happy and their service and food sets the highest standard . We would surely be the regular visitor here. The room that we stayed in was also very comfortable and spacious, and we had no complaints. They have very good Gym and amazing Swimming pool . The most amazing attraction was the Japanese steam bath jacuzzi . Definitely a lovely place for relaxing or spending time with family. Children of all age can enjoy

I always come here every time I go on a business trip to Cikarang. The hotel is very large and offers many facilities, including a gym with various equipment, a spa and massage services, a beautiful and spacious pool, and a lovely garden with impressive interior design. Sometimes they also have live music at night. You can hold business meetings in the lobby, and there’s also a bar and a Japanese restaurant inside the hotel. The room service is excellent as well. If you’re a member, they will surprise you with complimentary desserts and fruits in your room. I love their breakfast, as they sometimes serve not only Indonesian dishes but also Korean and Japanese options. There's a convenience store just behind the building and across the road, and a bank is located on the right side of the building.

Stayed here on biz trip. Got a smoking room as only this remaining. But no problem with smell 👍 (device has been put in the room to filter and perfume the air). Overall room was good. Satisfied with bed mattress n linen. Breakfast seemed interesting with many style choices. The quality/taste was ok, except pastries (i noticed also some plates could have been better cleaned/ wiped). On one evening I had the bbq outside in garden. Quality/taste was also very so-so but it remains for me a good bargain and wise alternative choice to eat on site. Will try their Japanese restaurant next time. Every single staff, from door keeper to front receptionists, drivers, servers … has been extremely kind, service minded and helpful: impressive and very much appreciated ☺️☺️☺️
