Holiday Inn Dandenong an IHG Hotel

We had a great stay here — the room was clean, modern and really good value for what you get. A couple of small things missing like plates and a coffee capsule machine would’ve been handy, but overall everything felt fresh and well looked after. The location made it super convenient to duck out to the shopping centre or grab a bite nearby. While the street atmosphere isn’t the most vibrant, the hotel itself felt safe and quiet.

I chose an accessible room. It was spacious and modern. There were a few issues with the room set out. Things such as glasses, cups, tissues and a hair dryer were stored in tiered shelving so if someone who is a full time wheelchair user traveling alone it may be a bit of an issue. However the staff are lovely so they would probably take them down for you if you asked. All in all its a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and great amenities.

Stayed one night to avoid a long commute and enjoy a good night's sleep. The room and property were spotless and the staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the stay was marred by the noise of the air conditioning and other guests, who it seemed, preferred not to sleep during the night hours. Doors opening and closing, thumping on the walls, and conversations not contained within the four walls of their room. The breakfast buffet was great and secure parking was convenient.
