Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha

Great Experience Working at Holiday Inn Al-Barsha. My time at Holiday Inn has been an incredible journey. The hotel offers a professional and welcoming environment with excellent facilities, well-maintained rooms, great dining options, and outstanding guest services. I had the privilege of working with a supportive team under the leadership of Ms. Smriti Verma, a highly professional and inspiring Front Office Manager. Her guidance made my experience even more rewarding. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a dedicated team and wish the hotel continued success!

I’ve never met such nice staff. They always had a smile on their face and seemed very sincere. Everything was perfect and they even went ahead and put a coffee machine in my room when I asked for it. Excellent service! The breakfast was very good, too,l. It was a combination of continental breakfast and local cuisine. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Holiday Inn Al Barsha has a great location and overall good facilities, but my experience with customer service was not as expected. I requested early check-in in advance, knowing it’s subject to availability, but as a loyal IHG member, I have always received early check-in at other Holiday Inns. I arrived at 2 a.m. and felt that there was little effort to accommodate me. When I asked about paying for half a day, I was told it would only be available from 7 or 8 a.m., which felt rigid compared to my past experiences. In the end, I had to pay for a half-day stay when checking in at 8 a.m., which I hoped would be complimentary. Additionally, for two mornings at 6 a.m., the hot water was not working, which was inconvenient. Apart from these issues, everything else was fine. However, the level of service did not meet my expectations compared to other Holiday Inns. Better flexibility and customer care, especially for loyal guests, would have improved my experience. Maybe I should switch to another branch because this one really pissed me off.
