This is really a great hotel with wonderful staff. It is quite a distance out of the city but the pool is a wonderful place to chill. The gym is spacious and great. The bar area has good food and shows sports. The rooms are super and spacious and always kept neat and tidy by the great housekeeping staff. Laundry service is quick and reliable. The hotel has really made a special effort to make the food especially, breakfasts incredible and different. I come here quite often for business and have noted a big difference in offerings and variety. The lunches in the restaurant are also very, very good. All the staff from management to housekeeping, waitering, security and concierge are super friendly and professional. Thanks for making my stays at the hotel a home away from home. Yes it is far from the city but they offer a bus trip 3 times daily to the mall close by and metro station. It would be great if you could apply for the F55 bus to stop between you and the aloft because sometimes the hotel bus is full and that is a convenient way to get around. So please get a bus station for the F55 bus outside the hotel somehow.

I booked this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport, but I was genuinely surprised by how comfortable and welcoming it was! The room was spotless, modern, and had one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on. I loved the breakfast buffet — so many options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order eggs. The pool was a nice bonus — super quiet and clean, perfect for a quick dip before my evening flight. My only complaint is that it's a bit far from downtown Dubai, but the free shuttle helped a lot. Will definitely book again if I have a layover.
