Holiday Inn Express And Suites Queenstown

The hotel staff were truly exceptional. We had a group of 17 traveling together, and the staff were very accommodating. Rose, at the front desk was amazing. Our daughter had her 11th birthday on the day we checked out. We asked if we could please store a cake in the fridge the night before so we could celebrate after breakfast. They not only brought the cake out and sang, but she also had a gift and card for our daughter! It truly made her day extraordinary. Thank you to Rose and the front desk staff for helping make our stay in Queenstown amazing!

A very nice hotel. Great location, walking distance to all of Queenstown. Lobby is a great room, well appointed, fireplaces, small bar, and the breakfast area too. Breakfast was good, pretty typical for this type of hotel, but the selections were plentiful. We had a two room suite that was clean and had a great view of the lake. No pool or spa. We did not have to utilize the parking facilities which I think require payment.

Great location to town centre and restaurants, buses to ski fields (just outside hotel). Hotel has drying room for ski gear and luggage room. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Lounge/dining area is also very comfortable. Loved it. Would stay again
