My stay here was amazing. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. There is this guy with grey hair, I think he's a bell boy, but I don't know his name. He is so freaking friendly and helpful. There was one day when I needed to go to an event and was in hurry because I was a speaker of the event, and no grab drivers picked up my order. He was there, helping me find a taxi, and he already told the taxi driver to give me cheap price (same as on grab app). You should give him a raise in salary! Anyway, the room is clean and comfy, the breakfast was good even though less selection. The location is good, close to anywhere. Love to stay here!
Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Sukhumvit and was really impressed. The place is clean, comfy, and in a great spot — easy to get around from here. Staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. The breakfast was great— good variety, tasty, and perfect to kick off the day without any fuss. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Bangkok. Great value for the price!
Overall excellent experience. Location is awesome right at the end of soi 11 near everything you could want or need. Clean, comfortable modern rooms. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Has a self serve laundry room on site which was great. Would highly recommend.
