Holiday Inn Express Bicester

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room adequate with tea and coffee tray. Comfortable bed and excellent shower which was spacious and clean. Water pressure could have been a little better. Lovely staff and breakfast equally adequate. A large sitting area to sit during the day too with TV. A little further to Bicester village and station but worth it. Very close to the bus stop and a very nice garden centre as well as food places. We didn't have any issues with noise. I did get hot overnight but that's down to the duvet.

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Bicester! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The toilets were spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety – perfect start to the day! Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Plenty of parking available, and at just £6 for 24 hours, it’s a great deal. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience – would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Bicester was disappointing overall. The room cleanliness was below standard, with dusty bedside tables, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn't working during the summer heat, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Despite the lack of comfort, the room rates were still premium, likely due to the holiday season. Adding to the frustration, there was an additional charge for parking, which felt unreasonable given the hotel’s remote location. The breakfast was very average, and not something to look forward to. The one positive was the friendly and pleasant staff, who did their best to help. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience, which was well below expectations. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
