Holiday Inn Express Bogotá Parque La 93 by IHG

Great location, has everything you need in the room. Would’ve loved for it to have a restaurant and room service but understood it is express. They have a good variety for breakfast, especially the waffle maker and if you want an omelette you can ask the waitress so they can prepare it. Some of the egg mixtures were a bit..undesirable in presentation and taste. Everything was super clean and organized, great staff and 10/10 customer service. You have a lot of places in walking distance, especially food and drug stores.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable. The room itself was surprisingly spacious—much bigger than I expected—and the location was perfect, close to everything I needed. However, the bathroom was extremely small compared to the giant size of the room, which felt a bit unbalanced. It was functional but could be tight for some guests. As for breakfast, it was just okay—nothing outstanding, but it got the job done. Overall, I had a good stay thanks to the nice staff, large room, and great location, though the tiny bathroom and average breakfast were minor drawbacks. Would consider staying again!

Very well located, good price, and excellent customer service from the staff. The location, while very good, is on a Main Street, so there's A LOT of noise. Motorcycles and cars pass by non stop and there's a lot of noise at all hours. The hotel is worn, and that's quite noticeable. Another inconvenient thing is that since they claim to be an express hotel, there's little to no staff. I had to ask them to clean the room several times because they wouldn't do it, and while the lobby is very attentive, they told me several times they didn't have any cleaning staff. Additional issues I had: The TV didn’t work properly, the shower handle fell off, and the safe was broken.
