The bed was large and super comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing – a buffet with plenty of variety. The facilities had everything I needed. Great location, close to restaurants and bubble tea shops. I’ll definitely stay here again!
The most spacious room for this trip! Free breakfast with a lot of varieties, even Starbucks coffee and local flavor popsicle. Location is also very convenient, close to MRT and within walkable distance to Love River and Pier 2 district.
Hotel was sufficient for our stay during a convention. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was also good. It would be nice to have two chairs so two people could sit down and eat in the room. However I asked for one more and they immediately sent one more chair up to the room. So very good service. Soundproof is a real issue. Something needs to be done to fix this problem. I really don't care for hotel breakfast buffets so I got Uber delivery for breakfast
