Feedback for Holiday Inn Express Kolkata I had a very comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express Kolkata. The best part of the hotel is undoubtedly its location — just 5 minutes from the airport, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers. The cleanliness and the spaciousness of the rooms were impressive. The hotel maintains high hygiene standards, and that really stood out. A big thumbs up to the service as well — the staff was courteous, attentive, and took care of every little thing, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. The rooms are well-maintained, and the restaurant is friendly on the budget, with decent food options. Special mention to Mr. Debasis, who manages the place with professionalism and clarity. He took the time to explain things in detail and ensured that all our queries were addressed patiently. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed stay near Kolkata airport.

The staff is very cooperative and polite. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, especially the bathroom, which is very well maintained. The amenities are decent and satisfactory. However, the breakfast spread is a bit limited — it would be better if they added more variety. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the location and the airport transfer service.

As a Platinum member, i am not well taken care of. I had to ask for everything like room upgrade, discount on food i had in the evening, etc. Kolkata airport being less than 1 km, i was expecting a complimentary drop off at the airport. That didn’t happen. Even they were charging about Rs. 400 for a 5 mins ride. Whereas, Uber will cost Rs. 100-150. The only condolation is the waiters at breakfast are nice including Monirul.
