Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was above average. Concept is business hotel but we have had felt very comfortable too as a family. One of the most important thing for me for a hotel room is to ability of controlling day light. Curtains were able to block all the sunlight and present a total darkness in room, which was great. Neighborhood is quiet, so there is no risk for a disturbance from outside. Breakfast was so good, one and only note for administration could be regarding the local pastry products, they could be a bit warmer and fresh. 9/10.
I stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel for a business trip in the winter! It is a nice comfortable structure, it is not close to the center of Manisa, you need to move by car or taxi! The restaurant for meals or breakfast is good! The staff is very helpful and always present! There is a nice outdoor pool but it can only be used in the summer! There is a small gym with some equipment, including treadmills and benches! The rooms are large with TV, free Wi-Fi internet. The bathroom is also comfortable, with a large shower! There is a small refrigerator for drinks! A nice terrace usable in milder temperatures! Laundry service available for a fee! The price is in line with the service! I recommend it!
One of the worst 4 stars I've ever been... Nothing to say about room cleaning that is perfect but the service and restaurant are really bad. The prices for the restaurant are more higher than in the city restaurants and the food present a lack of quality for what you're paying. Most of the days the breakfast is not fresh and it's not the better way to start the journey. 95% percent of the staff doesn't speaks English which means that several times they bring you wrong orders from the restaurant and don't understand your requests for the room. Like hotel for 1 or 2 nights it's a decent choice but for long a stand and, people that doesn't speaks Turkish, it's not the better option.
