Holiday Inn Express Nuevo Laredo by IHG

We regularly stay at the Holiday Inn express Nuevo laredo every single time we come.. we have never had any issues. The rooms are always clean and we are taken care of well. They have an amazing breakfast spread every morning and they change it up so it's not the same thing. If you're an American traveling to Nuevo laredo, you would absolutely love it. It's right across the border and you can see the river.

Good: Excellent sized rooms and Banos, toiletries. Plenty of hot water, towels, pillows are comfy and bed is very nice. Free breakfast is pretty great for the price. Front desk and staff is accommodating to an extent. Excellent WiFi. Area seems safe at least within the compound. Restaurant food is also pretty good. There is no beer nor liquor served here. Bad: Drinking water is limited to two bottles per room. The staff don't speak a word of English. The TV is Spanish only. There is nothing nearby.

No ice in ice maker , no soap in soap dispenser the gym equipment is old and out dated the lunch room had no working ac . The room didn't have all the proper towels and such that every holiday inn should have.
