Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Central by IHG

LUKNAM as one of the hotel employee has absolutely impressed me with outstanding hospitality and professionalism. I have started long stay at this hotel from 2021 and as of now is already 2025, her diligence at work has amazed me and i have noticed she always goes an extra mile for the customers even with difficult circumstances. I am lucky to be an diamond member since but her work ethic has inspired me to write an review, i have nothing but respect for her. Also thank you for the hospitality.

While I had to change 3 rooms due to A/C problems, the level of service I received, the authentic desire to help from the team, more than made up for it. Otherwise, the hotel is well located within a walking distance of nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast has a decent choice and good quality. The rooms are on a smaller side but well equipped. Also, the gym and pool are small, but in good condition and sufficient. For the price, it was a great stay.

It's a decent place for the price. The rooms were clean and the service was great. Breakfast was decent; there weren't a lot of choices so I stuck to eggs and omelettes. However, the hallway has a damp odor; it wasn't as bad as the sewage odor that you smell across Pattaya but it's bad enough that I recommend a face mask if you're going to stay there. I don't think I'll be going back to that specific Holiday Inn.
