Excellent location and a superior walking area. Everything you need is within a 1 minute walk. The reception was fantastic with help for my bags and the desk receptionist speaking perfect English which helped me as my Spanish is almost 0. Rooms is fantastic and even from the 7th floor you have a nice view of the city. I love HIE and have been a customer for many years. This is by far the best one I've visited. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I stayed in this hotel for second time this month. Catalina and Sophia at reception were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size and clean. Breakfast is good. There are many restaurants around and you can walk to waterfront area. Also area felt very safe.
I had some issues with lack of hot water on my first night. They made up for it with service recovery and an upgraded room for my last two nights. The Hotel is centrally located in the city center in a relatively safe area. The complimentary breakfast was very good. No on site restaurant, but plenty of options to eat nearby as well as food delivery.
