Location was perfect, breakfast was great. The room was spacious and clean. We had a slight issue with another room near us being a bit noisy but it was a weekend of new year's and they weren't that bad. Definitely would stay here again, lots of great restaurants and craft beer places within a 5 minute walk.

Do not stay here a scam! When booking online I was looking for the airport holiday Inn Quito. I selected the airport hotel to book my room. When the transaction took place the room I booked was not the airport hotel, but the one in the city. I was taking a flight out the next morning. I called the hotel immediately to change this situation and they refused to help me. I asked if I could get my money transferred to the airport hotel or pay a small fee to cancel. They refused! Poor customer service and greedy for money.
