Holiday Inn Express San Jose Forum by IHG

I was here for work, and I chose this hotel because there were a few restaurants close by, and it was reasonably priced. It was very good. Check in was a breeze. The manager was actually there and chatted, and was very nice. The lobby is very big and inviting, with seating surfaces and a coffee machine. Everything is very clean. The room was also clean. Bathrooms, bed and sheets, pillows, everything was nice. A/C blows cold. Breakfast was also decent. About whats expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Free parking, and I think theres a free shuttle. Would stay here again!

It was a little tricky to find but it's right in the heart of everything. it's really close to the highway. you got a number of restaurants nearby. there's a smoke shop nearby and a lot of shopping places, but it's really convenient. easy to jump back on the highway to get to the east side or west side of San Jose. definitely recommend it. manager is a great guy actually introduced himself to me which is uncommonly nice and the rest of the staff was very accommodating

*** Clean, efficient, current, solid value. *** My queen bed was comfortable as was AC. Momentum Plaza across the street offers a wine bar, sports bar, several restaurants, and a cute French bakery that I frequented daily. Well stocked market is across other street. Pool area is decent. Gym small yet sufficient. Breakfast buffet is on point with fresh fruits. But gotta pay for espresso machine in lobby. *** All and all I’d say Holiday Inn is okay. ***
