Holiday Inn Express Sarnia Point Edward by IHG

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I received recommendations and directions to nearby parks and beaches. I also was given permission to leave a vehicle for 2 nights as we traveled to Niagara Falls. I was explained where my vehicle should be parked to best be monitored by the cameras. I can't say enough about both individuals I received help from. Both were very helpful and kind. The beds were also very comfortable!

Holiday Inn Point Edward is a terrific hotel. The breakfast is great, the cleanliness is fantastic, but what stands out the best is the staff! Exceptional and always willing to accommodate you, the staff especially the front desk, make you feel like royalty. The ladies and gentlemen of the front desk have the best management and it shows on how they treat every guest. And they are amazing with my German Shepherd Priya! She is always welcomed with a cookie. Thank you for everything. Don’t stop being the best!

This is the second year in a row my family and I stayed here for Canada Day. Very affordable, great breakfast buffet, nice pool area. My kids love it. My only issue is the inconsistency with the cleanliness of the rooms. I had to relocate due to stained bedsheets. But the staff were very helpful with that so I would still recommend staying here
