Great place as expected. The room is big enough and has a kettle and coffee and Chinese tea (no black tea or milk). There’s a Family Mart shop outside to buy necessary food and health items. The hotel is very far from the centre!! (2.5 hours on public transport). Staff are very helpful but can’t help much or provide guidance on what to do in Shanghai. They can help with booking you a cab etc. Breakfast is included but it’s very basic Chinese breakfast. There’s toast and orange marmalade, as well as coffee and cereals.

Room average Night shift counter service is very poor I don't know anything when I ask There are people in the room who open the room to smoke. Same the next day after reaction Not much breakfast Mainly eggs Paying with a credit card also makes the account a mess.
