Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso Airport Area by IHG

The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars for this experience is floor Decor. This property was pleasant to stay at. For the room charge in comparison to the stay, I feel like a received a good value. The Hotel just needs decor update but it is a very well managed property. Clean and a safe feeling. The staff were hospitable. Well done.

Staff is friendly room is nice. The bathroom needed some help. The shower wet the floor no matter what I did to prevent it, and my toilet ran all night. Very minor issues. It's worth staying there. Breakfast is included. That's a huge plus for me.

I stayed for 2 weeks. The desk staff was nice and attentive. Room cleaning was sporadic at best, sometimes they cleaned and replaced linens, sometimes not, rarely replace in room coffee. Laundry was broken the entire stay, and there was no indication of repairs planned. The gym was mediocre, even by hotel standards. This is right off the interstate, convenient to the airport and downtown, but not a pleasant area. Stay here for a night, but if a longer trip is planned, find some place better.
