Nice hotel. Positive aspects: - room size - is a large room with a queen size bed, a working desk and a good bathroom. - location - 2 min from Sendero mall by foot - room cleaning staff - very receptive and good skills, room is cleaned everyday Aspects to leave in consideration: - overall furniture size - definitely Toluca was not made for people above 1,75m (5'9 ft) height. Everything is small. Chairs, desks in the hall, sofas... - breakfast - mainly Mexican breakfast, few options for foreigners - room working station - mainly the chair height regulator is broken, the chair itself goes under every 10 min, a renewal is necessary

The hotel staff was very friendly during my stay. The reservation was easy to make. The rooms are nice and warm, although for 1 day there was no cleaning service. The included breakfast was simple but tasty. My stay was a good experience

I do not recommend this hotel they will switch reservations without notifying you. I reserved two rooms one for my business partner and one for my self. My business partner arrived 3 hours earlier and went to the hotel, the lady at the counter informed my partner that they do not have the room which I booked and gave him a smaller room. He advise the lady that I am very particular about my room and my reservations and I will have issues with not having the room which I booked, she ignored him and forced the room to him. Upon my arrival at airport I was informed by my partner of this situation and upon reaching the hotel I immediately asked for the manage, the lady asked me if I had a reservation I replied that I have 2 and I would like to talk to the manager about an issue I have. Two min later the manager arrived I took him on side and sat down with him as there were lots of other guests there, I explained to him what had happened, I informed him they can not say that they do not have the rooms that we booked and if they did not have the rooms they should have notified us so we could cancel our booking and go to different hotel. I explained to him that this is not ethical business practice to force guests in smaller rooms where as they have paid for a bigger room. He immediately understood the issue and requested time to resolve my issues. Five minutes later the rooms that were not available earlier to me and my business partner mysteriously became available to us. ( very un ethical practice of business) Manager was kind and was very helpful but I do not think it should be this way that a guest has to call a manager to resolve this problem. First of all they were wrong they should admit it which never happened, yes we got our rooms but why did we have to go through this ? I am a business traveler and I am putting these reviews for all the travelers ( do not be fooled by this, if you do not get what you booked cancel and go to other hotel there are plenty I moved to Raddison just because of this issue )
