There are many rooms, poor sound insulation, and very close to the station

friendly staff, reasonably clean & spacious room. front desk staff had no clues about city except one woman seemed to know a little more than others, gave us wrong information about the garatto caves anyway. breakfast area is a zoo: under staffed (in China under staff is almost never heard of). even so they are either on the phone or had no clue what to do. for some reason they liked to turn off the toaster, so every time you want a toast, you need to turn it on and it takes a few minutes to heat it up. always a problem with coffee maker, either don't know how to change filter or running out of water. even the Chinese food there are not enough varieties. some stale slices of bread there you can toast, but you always have to ask for jam as it's never on the counter. people pick up more food than they need at breakfast buffet and waste. *this hotel does not accept credit card from foreign countries, so be prepared ,bring either Chinese Yuan cash or debit card from Chinese banks.
