Holiday Inn Farnborough by IHG

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The pillows were incredibly nice and fluffy, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The entire environment felt very warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were truly kind, attentive, and friendly throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Rosie—she was absolutely amazing and really stood out with her caring and professional attitude. The hotel itself was comfortable and cozy, and the dining experience was exceptional. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and added to the overall experience.

So impressed with our experience at Holiday Inn, Farnborough last week! I visited for a business meeting and the newly refurbished bar/cafe area was perfect for this purpose. Rosie, who served us, could not have been more helpful and friendly. She really made us feel welcome and we will be holding a regular meeting there now.

They both checked on us regularly, ensuring our drinks were refilled and that we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Dishes were brought out promptly, and any requests we had were handled with a smile and without any hesitation. Ranjani and Shreebisha seemed to anticipate our needs, making the entire dining experience feel effortless and pleasant. The entire team on the floor worked together seamlessly, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It's evident that they take pride in their work and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Overall, the Holiday Inn's dinner service was outstanding, and the exceptional attention and professionalism of Ranjani and Shreebisha truly stood out. It's always a pleasure to encounter such dedicated individuals who genuinely elevate the dining experience. We eagerly anticipate our next visit!
