Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport Neu Isenburg by IHG

Great experience, thank you to the receptionist Ali – a very welcoming and helpful person. You can really feel the passion he has for his work and the way he welcomes guests. As a French person, I recommend him to everyone. It’s a true experience – I would even say it’s a must to spend at least one night in this hotel.

I have 5 stars to everything in relation to price per night. It’s not luxury, but they are really customer oriented, and very punctual, attentive to details and really pleasing. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The only thing I wish I had was a light blanket, because their blankets are super warm to my taste. Overall, I highly recommend for a short stay. Thank you so much!

Bit of an odd one. Not a usual HI. I had a room upgrade, and it was very good, but right outside was a hand car wash place . Noise until around midnight. The restaurant was not open in the evening. Bar area is very small. I had an excellent red wine on my drink voucher. Parking available under the hotel at €14 a day. The airport is about 20 mins away, no shuttle. Nearest restaurant is a good 15 minute walk. I didn’t try breakfast.
