I stay here quite a lot due to work. The staff are really friendly, especially at breakfast; one gentleman staff member knows my name and is always so polite; it makes my day! The choice of food is great, I tried most dishes. There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym which is lovely for relaxation. I would highly recommend staying here.
Fantastic mini break. Lovely clean hotel, amazing facilities, all staff (particularly Jess st breakfast and pool staff) were so helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and breakfast delicious. Perfect for a family wanting some quality family time and a great location for Gloucester ski. Will def be booking again.
A truly lovely stay! The facility itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. But what really made our visit special was the outstanding staff. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—always checking in to see how we were doing and striking up friendly, thoughtful conversation. Such a lovely atmosphere throughout. Highly recommend—10/10!
