The is is a nice hotel and a good location. It is quiet. The air con isn’t great but the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The food was good. Enjoyed the variety and flavours. I had a chicken burger, which was a decent portion and very tasty

Great location for the sports park with a cut through from the car park to provide a 5 minute walk. But further from town. The staff were amazing and the foyer and breakfast were really well presented. The room was clean and spacious, though a little outdated. The flat layout makes it a good choice to avoid stairs or elevators.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, but there were a few disappointments that affected my stay. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a relaxing ambiance. The staff at the reception and restaurant were professional and welcoming, making check-in and dining experiences enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa, which included a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The facilities were clean and well-kept, providing a great opportunity to unwind. However, I was disappointed by an unexpected policy regarding the spa seating area. After using the facilities, I wanted to rest on the lounge chairs, but the spa staff informed me that they were reserved exclusively for VIP spa customers. Instead, I was directed to sit on regular chairs, which I found uncomfortable and not in line with the relaxing experience I expected. As a hotel guest, I found this policy discriminatory. Given that the spa is a key part of the hotel’s offerings, restricting access to basic relaxation areas for regular guests felt unfair. A more inclusive approach would enhance the guest experience and align better with the high standards expected from a 4-star hotel. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed my stay, and the hotel has many positives. However, I hope they reconsider their spa policies to ensure all guests feel equally valued.
