Great experience of having a layover at this property. One day, prior to check-in date the HOTEL concierge coordinated with me for my arrival in Delhi T3 IGI. While check-in I was welcomed as an IHG club member. I was impressed with the front-desk team. Great breakfast and dinner spread. I am a tea lover and was astonished to have a wide selection of different flavours of tea, available at the room beverage desk. Gym-space could have been better though. Overall, a true 5star experience.
TOP NOTCH HOSPITALITY ♥️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with warmth and professionalism. The highlight of my stay was definitely the buffet – a wide variety of delicious options, all served fresh and beautifully presented. The dining staff was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout every meal. A special mention to the hotel buffet manager on floor 16, whose leadership clearly reflects in the team’s outstanding service. They were approachable, courteous, and genuinely cared about guest satisfaction. Very kind people must say. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. I highly recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for comfort, class, and great food. Can’t wait to return! Rating: 5/5 I'll again come with my office colleagues especially for breakfast ♥️
I stayed at Holiday Inn Gurgaon recently and overall, it was a pleasant experience considering it’s a budget business hotel. The highlight of my stay was definitely the banquet staff — they were extremely good, supportive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Their service was genuinely impressive. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the toilets are even more compact. However, the fit and finish of the rooms were quite good, giving it a neat and professional feel. Breakfast was another big plus point. For a budget hotel, the breakfast spread exceeded my expectations — a great variety with good taste and quality. Also, the food served at the banquets was beyond expectations — flavorful, well-presented, and appreciated by everyone attending. In short, if you're looking for a clean, business-friendly hotel with excellent service and great food, Holiday Inn Gurgaon is a solid choice.
