I stayed there 1 week, I really had a good time. Staff team was friendly and helpful guiding me on a care through the area near by. Minibar got refilled every day for free, had this Bathrobe & matching cute little slipper flip flops included. The room itself was perfectly clean, and I’m a fan of the interior design and that view I had.
Great place to spend a night or two outside main city. Took a run this morning in the park across the street. Ate dinner last night and impressive breakfast buffet this morning. Got my room upgraded, thank you. Being a Diamond Elite paid off!
The service is amazing, almost every staff is friendly and helpful, we really felt safe there, though we had to leave our luggage for a few days. Once the room was not too clean, but usually it is good. If you are using public transportation, it is quite far, or you may have to change S-Bahn, U-Bahn or bus a few times, but with taxi it is pretty close from the airport. We were in the three person executive room and it was quite big and nice. We liked it! Window was very small, and sometimes it was too warm in the room, but it was okay
