Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstead M1 Jct. 8

We have just come back from two nights at this hotel and were extremely impressed. We booked it due to the location to Whipsnade Zoo and Harry Potter Studios but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought this was way more than just a base. Georgia and Harry in the restaurant were fantastic, a real credit to the team there. Easy to book a swimming pool session, clean and spacious rooms. We are a family of two adults and two children and found the room to be clean and very comfortable. Overall, really really impressed with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

My children and I had a wonderful stay; the room was clean and comfortable, the children enjoyed the pool, gym was well equipped. A very big shout out to Abby, Dana and Dee who made our evening meal really special. They were kind, attentive and very caring towards the children, making us all feel so welcome! Thank you for looking after us, we will surely return :)

Harry the bar man this evening is most excellent and has the best rapport I have seen. A great sense of humour. Fantastic! Promote him at once. Thank you for a great stay. Sort out the ladies locker rooms in the Spa it looks like something exploded in there 2 years ago. Watch out for the parking eye.
