I had a truly exceptional stay at this remarkable hotel, where the warm welcome began the moment I arrived. The Filipino front desk staff member exemplified professionalism and kindness, greeting me with a constant smile and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel valued and cared for. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the room service team and the bellman, whose service was impeccable marked by courtesy, efficiency, and utmost professionalism. The consistent smiles and gracious demeanor of the team created a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. However, while my overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, I did encounter a less pleasant aspect during check-in. One of the front desk employees, an Arab gentleman, seemed noticeably lacking in warmth and friendliness, with an expression that remained rather stern and unwelcoming. In an environment where hospitality and a welcoming attitude are paramount, I believe this is an area that could benefit from improvement to maintain the high standards the hotel is known for. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their outstanding efforts, and I commend the hotel management for selecting such a dedicated and capable staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future.

I have went to many hotels but this hotel was awesome! I stayed for 3 days in a “sweet bedroom,” and everything about the room was big, clean, and super comfy. The check-in and check-out were smooth like butter, and the staff were all really kind — especially Winnie the receptionist, who was extra nice and helpful! The pool was definitely my favorite part… well, almost. The lifeguard was a bit rude, which made the pool vibe feel off at times, but that was the only downside. The rest of the hotel made up for it easily. I didn’t try the food, but the room service was clean and well-organized, and everything in the hotel looked 100% clean — seriously, not even a crumb out of place! Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, this one was not only better, but also cheaper, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’d absolutely come back. Great value, amazing staff, and a chill atmosphere. Just hoping the lifeguard is in a better mood next time 😄
