Finding a pet friendly accommodation is sometimes stressful , but not with this Holiday inn! We were welcome by a 3 tier water dish for any size furry pets! Our 2 golden boys loved it after a long drive , along with attention from the staff, treats and a toy each! Our room was moved to a more accommodating room for 3 people , our two large dogs and a cat ! Even a dog bed was delivered to our room! 11/10 service and cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone !

I stayed at this hotel in Kanata for 4 nights on a work and personal getaway. I am blown away by the comfort and style of the rooms, the exceptional refined French restaurant food, the proximity to many entertainment and restaurant options, and most important the level of focused customer service, and attentive staff in all departments. I’ve had texts from David and Danielle, front desk staff, asking me about my stay through the app. I was able to purchase snacks that were delivered by Stanley, the little room service robot, to my room. Gina, my room attendant was warm and gracious. There’s a little carpet cleaner/vacuum that goes quietly up and down the hallway daily. The level of attention paid to cleanliness makes me feel safe and comfortable. I had lunch today at Lionel’s that was 5 🌟 experience! Roasted tomatoes and onion soup, cornichons, fresh break and herbed butter, battered some that was mouth watering and finished off with apple tartine for dessert to go! I’d live here if I could!! We will definitely be back!!

Missing Item from My Room – No Safes, No Cameras, No Real Resolution I stayed at this hotel in August 2025 and unfortunately experienced a deeply upsetting incident: a personal item (a watch) went missing from my room after housekeeping. I reported it immediately to the front desk. Staff came to inspect the room, questioned housekeeping, and told me “nothing was found.” I was shocked to discover that: There are no safes in the rooms to secure valuables There are no hallway security cameras, making it impossible to verify who entered or left the room What’s even more concerning is that multiple previous Google reviews mention similar incidents—yet no action has been taken to protect guests’ belongings. While the staff were polite, I found the handling of the situation to be superficial at best. I have filed a police report and submitted a formal complaint to hotel management. If you're considering staying here, please be cautious—especially if you’re traveling with valuables. I recommend securing your belongings offsite or choosing accommodations that offer safes and adequate surveillance.
