I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service, spacious of the room, and the cleanness of the dinning area. Breakfast buffet is great! However there is no individual temperature control for each room, my southern facing room was hot and dry when heating was started in early November. Also the swimming pool was closed for maintenance in a short notice.
This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The location and the room quality is great. But the cleanliness of the floor, the rug and the furniture in the room is poor. There is dust all over everything in the room even after the maid just cleaned up room. Seem to be the cleanliness standard is very low. This time we stay here for 10 days. We notice that every dust on the floor stays at its place. Then we decide to clean it up by ourselves. Not recommend for anyone who has allergic to dust.
Nice location with very good service. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Breakfast is really good with so many western eastern options. Not far from city center with so many restaurants around.
