Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo by IHG

After a nightmare stay at another hotel we made a last minute booking here. We were very pleased with the hotel. Check in was easy, they spoke excellent English, were able to hold our bags and provide restaurant recommendations. The location is convenient to not only public transport but many little restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable. We ordered room service for dinner and were pleased with the quality and quantity for the price. We also enjoyed breakfast which was a good mix of traditional and western style foods.

I've stayed here a couple of times- it's great. The rooms are clean, the views are good, the gym is nice, and breakfast is great. I would definitely come again.

Very nice hotel. If coming by subway, the stop is Central Park. Exit 2 is the most convenient. Front desk and check-in is up the elevator on the 19th floor. A guest lounge (The Lounge) where one can work, meet others, or purchase a snack is available on the ground floor. Most staff members are English fluent and very helpful. Shout out to Riley and Jessie for their support and assistance with check in and questions on myriad topics. Our room was bright, with enough space for our 3 pieces of luggage. The bed was super comfy and, unlike most other holiday inn, also had very nice sheets. There was a fridge, water heater and 220 volt plugs. No bidet 👎. Unlike other holiday inns, no complimentary breakfast. There is a sumptuous breakfast buffet available for purchase. Location is very convenient. Walking distance to Central Park, Costco, Lotte Mart and lots of eateries. Would definitely stay again.
