I stayed for 1 night as part of a package. The hotel is of a decent size, plenty of parking, decent bar and restaurant and small gym, albeit a little tired. Rooms were decent size, no aircon but fans in the room. Beds very comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They were so friendly and welcoming and very personal. Customer service was top notch and I would stay there again because of the hotel staff.
The Hotel staff is very good and friendly. The rooms are clean and the parking is free. The downside is that the bar/restaurant menu is too pricey and they menu is limited options. This they can surely work better on.
It done the job, but the bathroom had mould in the shower area, and around windows. Some times no hot water due to ongoing boiler issues. Staff aware! Poor menu selection. Not much out for breakfast either. First and last time with Holiday Inn. Massive fight and police on one night. Lot of road noise. Needs a massive refurbishment. Staff ok. Wine very £££££ and not the best quality. Did nearly check out but there as stated there for 5 nights in total. Booking.com system not a problem booked direct for last night due to work over running and what a balls up. Never again for the cost Premier inn all the way
