Dear Guests, Since 2018, I’ve been responding to your reviews and I wanted to share a few word on other side. As a team member, I’ve seen the care, effort and heart that go into every stay. I’ve read thousands of guest comments. Some were glowing and some were challenging. But all have helped us grow. Since working here, I’ve seen how much heart goes into what we do, especially from the amazing team behind every clean room, warm welcome and beautifully prepared buffet. The meeting lunches are always a proud moment. So much care goes into every detail. This is the only hotel that you need to consider to stay while in Istanbul. The staffs are really genuine and ready to help here. Checked in by Mr. gokhan who was more than happy to assist with everything we asked for. Berk from desk was also kind. At breakfast service, Osman and the chefs who prepare the waffles and eggs were super super prompt and kind. I will come back!

Great hotel! The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is not very close to touristic hotspots, but nicely connected, with two train stations close by, from where you can quickly get to the European side (avoiding traffic jams), the SAW airport or some parks along the Eastern coastline. Also convenient to explore Kadikoy by foot. We didn’t try the restaurant or the gym/hamam - maybe next time!
