Holiday Inn Istanbul Sisli by IHG

This hotel is an absolute gem, the staff here are the friendliest people Istanbul, nothing is too much trouble for them, and in both occasions I stayed they went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Really nice clean rooms very good place to stay. Would recommend.

The Bell- Captain , Omar , was the Best! He took such pride and care in helping, no matter if it was 3am HE WAS THERE, and whenever I needed anything he came to my aid. I can truly say he is the main reason I am leaving this review, he treated me like a friend immediately and he definitely deserves to be promoted to where his skills in service can be utilized! He also should be given a huge raise! There are to many reasons and examples of extraordinary service he has done in the 2 trips I’ve taken , to list here but I’d be more than happy to vouch for him at anytime! In the total of 24 days I stayed at this hotel. In his spending so much time to do the things to help or support my stay, he became a trusted and valued friend. Thank you so very much, Omar! You are truly the best kind of human , You have rekindled my belief in the goodness in people, & I know now that kindness does exist in this world!

I stayed here recently on a business trip with friends and had a comfortable experience overall. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though they felt a bit small. One highlight was the breakfast — served from 8:00 to 10:30 — with a wide variety of delicious options that made for a great start to the day. The location is also convenient, and the environment is quiet, which is a big plus. If room size isn’t a big concern for you, I’d definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay.
