Nice room, friendly team, great vibes. The rooftop swimming pool is a really nice touch, I loved it! Just a small note: the Costa team at the bar could be a bit more smiley, but he was good and professional overall.

I came to jeddah for a business meeting and choose this hotel specifically for pool and for it’s location! However, the hotel is overpriced, the facilities or basic or below basic, which many hotels provide at half the price. I’m still here at the hotel and will leave tomorrow! The pool is small and shallow, only kids can enjoy it! The steam and sauna rooms were not operational, I called reception, they said assistance will come, I kept waiting but nobody came! They literally kept me waiting there! The rooms amenities, mini bar are basic and not worth this cost! I wouldn’t recommend this! Better options are available
