The location is very close, the staff are friendly and helpful, their price is reasonable and the rooms are clean

I checked into Holiday Inn Kayseri Düvenönü late night (1am) and was warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff who even assisted with my luggage. As an elite member, I was delighted to be upgraded to the highest room category—a suite—which was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Also, very well appreciated for accommodating a late checkout at 3pm. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the magical views of Mount Erciyes, visible from both my room and the hotel's rooftop. It was a breathtaking experience to wake up to such a stunning backdrop! The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but the overall experience more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kayseri—it's a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and spectacular scenery!

tre rooms are ok , ti ha e an international restaurant (big chef) si a plus. breakfast buffet is very confusing and very low quality food( cheeses and yougurts left without any covers on the table), the bread is 90% of times not fresh . beverages are just on request and only chemical made (not fresh orange juice etc). it seems like the things are there for long time and just warmed to try to make them more eatable. its a shame because the staff is young and try to serve in their best way but they dont have the right scenario to do so.
