The excellent experience as soon as I entered Kuwait. Specially Mr khan the driver who picked me up from Airport. This man with beautiful heart and very polite in nature. Very helpful and kind enough to assist me during my stay. Most of the drivers who drove me to work place (Airport) for a month are very nice each and every staff proved to be best. Ms Sweta from restaurant is a down to earth girl who serves in the restaurant. Very caring and responsible girl. Overall every staff waiters and every process check In, laundry, reception are deserve to pride. One should experience this kind of service. Thanks Holiday Inn Syed

Have stayed here couple of time but this time room was top notch clean and all the amenities were already available. Rakesh from the housekeeping staff was beyond helpful, very professional and so quick at his work. Had an amazing stay.

Great Stay with Excellent Service I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport—made transportation hassle-free. I’d like to give a special mention to Driver Sathik, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. His professionalism and friendliness really stood out.
