I had the pleasure of being served by Weston during breakfast at the hotel, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Weston struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth — greeting guests with a genuine smile, making thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring every detail was just right. The service felt personal without being intrusive, and Weston’s attentiveness made the morning feel that much more enjoyable. My coffee was never empty, the food arrived promptly, and any request was met with a “can-do” attitude that really set the tone for the day. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes such pride in their work. Weston is a credit to the hotel and played a big part in making my stay memorable. Five stars without hesitation!

We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn and were thoroughly impressed—it’s probably the best one we've stayed in, and we’ve been to quite a few! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome straight away. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and just what we needed. The location is also fantastic—ideal for exploring the area. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of choices and everything freshly prepared and delicious. If we're being picky, the only small downsides were the absence of a mini fridge in the room and the placement of the plug socket—it would have been more convenient between the two beds. That said, these were minor details in what was an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly place to stay!

Stayed here for one night on a work trip. The hotel is in a reasonable location and there are some bars and restaurants nearby in a retail centre. My room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast which had plenty of choice and was nicely cooked and presented. All the staff were friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Diana on reception and Francisco at breakfast who made sure we were well looked after.
